No Cancer Yet
I usually restrict posts here to topics of interest (to others), but I will note that I saw one of my doctors yesterday, and by one measure at least, my cancer has not returned.

Excellent news. I'd been wondering how your progress was. (And for some strange reason, for about three days every time I tried to check in here, Blogger was displaying a white screen--not even the earlier posts were here. So I'm glad to see you back, and delighted to hear you're well.)
Yes, I was getting that white-screen too, and wondered if I had inadvertently killed my blog by clicking on the wrong button.
The test wasn't the decisive one (the blood test), it was the, ah, in situ one. (As long as the doctor was checking me over anyway. . .) If the cancer recurs, it will most likely reappear elsewhere, but it's nice to know that one region seems okay.
